Shipping and Returns

Immaculata Designs' Shipping Policy
It is the expectation of Immaculata Designs to ship each design within 3 business days of being purchased. Shipping time will be 2-5 days for First Class Mail or 2-3 days for priority mail.  If you need your item in less time please contact Immaculata Designs before purchasing.  In many instances special arrangements can be made to expidite shipping or upgrade shipping options at an additional cost to meet your needs.  

Shipping is calculated at the time of purchase to ensure the most accurate prices. If for some reason shipping is more than $1 from what you paid, you will be refunded the difference.    

Lifetime Guarentee
Each item purchased from Immaculata Designs has a life time gaurentee.  Every aspect of your rosary and chaplet has been designed to guarentee it will become an heirloom that you can pass down for generations. However, accidents do happen. If this is the case please return your item and it will be repaired free of charge. 

Immaculata Designs' Return Policy         

Immaculata Designs' greatest desire is that each piece designed for you will raise your heart and mind to all that is true, modest, just, holy, lovely and of good fame. 

If you are not 100% completely satisfied with your purchase, email Immaculata Designs at to notify us of your intention to return your purchase. It must be post marked within 14 days of purchase date for a full refund less any original shipping charges. This policy does not apply to custom orders. Custom orders are non-refundable, however, Immaculata Designs will strive to ensure you are happy with your purchase.

The items being returned need to be in the original packaging and in unused condition. You are responsible for any return shipping. Shipping insurance and tracking are strongly encouraged. Immaculata Designs is not responsible for any lost mail.

Immaculata Designs takes extreme care in packaging item(s) for shipment. However, if the item(s) arrived damaged please contact me immediately and take photographs of how the package arrived. Immaculata Designs must be notified within 14 days of the purchase date in order to evaluate damaged merchandise.

If packages are lost in transit, please contact us directly at We will do everything possible to help find the package. If the tracking says the package has been delivered and you don’t believe that the package arrived, we expect your cooperation in filing a report with a signed affidavit. We take package theft very seriously and will do what is possible to help your package be recovered. Please understand that this process does take time and we will both need to be patient as it gets resolved.

Due to the nature of the product, all sales of earrings are final.

International Sales and Return Policy         
Immaculata Designs retains the right to determine shipping locations. 

You are responsible for all customs or VAT taxes that you may incur from your purchase. Any packages that are returned due to not paying customs will be refunded the purchase price less shipping and a 10% restocking fee. Please do not ask Immaculata Designs to designate your package as a gift.
